Hello! I recently came across 3 of his Alex cross novels (Four blind mice, London bridges and Big Bad Wolf) in a second hand book bazaar. Considering their price and in absence of anything better I decided to get them. It's my first time coming across him (I'm not from the US/UK) but from a quick search I gather he's super successful. I also gather that the quality of his work is somewhat controversial. I'm mostly a scifi guy but I thought I'd take a small break from the heavier stuff till my next order arrives and maybe dip my toes into his thrillers. Anyone who's read him, what is your opinion on him in terms of characters, plot, pacing etc? Is it worth the time or should I move on straight to my next in line? Thanks!
