In need of a super engaging read for when my baby sleeps

I would really like to get back into reading, but I do not have too much downtime. I’m looking for some really great book recommendations that are quick reads, super captivating and fun! Or some great non-fiction that I can learn a whole lot and just be like “wow”! What are some of your best reads that hook you right away because I don’t have time to slowly get into a plot!!
