For the past 3-4 years, my life has been a constant cycle of anxiety and stress. I lost my religion, failed out of my program after working so hard to get in, and almost died from OD. I am generally unhappy.
My goal is become more ‘calm’ or wise if you may, and to conquer anxiety. Please recommend me books that will help me become a more composed person. Im 21.
Though I know this is a bit of a far-fetched goal, I do wanna resort to books during my soul searching period. Thanks.
