Hey everyone,
I'm looking for a book that helps me better understand myself, life and its meaning, emotions, or human relationships—something that explores different perspectives or philosophies in a way that makes me think rather than telling me what to believe.
I want something thought-provoking, but not a self-help book—so no "how to improve your life" guides or step-by-step advice. I'm looking for a book that presents ideas, concepts, or opinions, explains them, and lets me reflect and draw my own conclusions.
It doesn't have to encapsulate everything I mentioned of course.
It’s been a while since I last picked up a book, so I’d appreciate something that isn’t too dense or difficult to get through.
Thanks in advance!

I’m not joking – Fight Club. I feel like it’s really good for making you think about the messages presented in the story.
· *The True Believer: Thoughts on the Nature of Mass Movements* by Eric Hoffer.
I would also recommend *Hitler: The Policies of Seduction* by Rainer Zitelmann, but its English translation (fwiw, I cannot read German) is dense and somewhat difficult to get through.
