I’m looking for a book that explores what society could look like if jobs were no longer necessary—whether due to automation, post-scarcity economies, or radical shifts in how we define work and purpose.
I’m especially interested in books that dive into the social structures, culture, and human dynamics of such a world. How do people find meaning? What replaces the traditional career-driven identity? Does inequality still exist, or is it a true utopia/dystopia?
Fiction or nonfiction—both are welcome!
