    Hello everyone,

    I’m an 18-year-old who’s currently losing self-respect and doubting myself in areas I used to excel in with ease. I’ve been struggling to get a hold of my life lately. I’m feeling unmotivated and lazy, unable to stick to routines or focus on my studies.

    I’m also facing difficulties with friendships, as I’ve been isolating myself and spending most of my time in my room. A couple of years ago, I was very social and always hanging out with friends, but now I feel disconnected and stuck in a rut.

    I’m looking for a book that focuses on self-improvement and building self-respect. I was recommended The 48 Laws of Power, but after reading some reviews, I’m hesitant, as I don’t want to turn into some misogynistic, egoist piece of shit. At the same time, I don’t want to be too soft either.

    Any recommendations for a book that strikes a balance between personal growth, motivation, and maintaining healthy relationships would be greatly appreciated
