i'm dealing with immense self hate issues. i can't believe compliments, and my internal dialogue is my biggest enemy. it's so negative and too loud it's killing me. my relationship has suffered because of this. i'm continuing to suffer because of this. i want to please everyone and i cant do it anymore. im tired and broken and i dont want to be anymore.
i would really appreciate any recommendations for books that could help me even just a little. i know a book wont change how i see myself or feel completely, but my negative feelings are taking up so much more space than any "good" is and i dont want that anymore. thank you.
