Hey all! I was wondering if anybody can recommend me a book that can help me speak or think under pressure, or "finding the right words"

The thing about me is that language does not seem to spontaneously come to me on the spot when I am under pressure. I personally consider myself to be a pretty sociable guy with a friendly personality when I am in a private setting (with friends and family), but whenever I find myself in a "high pressure situation" (such as being verbally attacked or being asked a tough question at work), I find myself blanking out and unable to think of the right words. All my words become jumbled with zero cohesion and nobody seem to be able to understand what I actually mean. It almost feels like my words come out before I can fully consider them and I retroactively have to correct my sentences because I realize later on that what I said made no sense.

Another way this lack of eloquence show up is when I wish to comfort someone who is going through a difficult time, and I have no idea what I should say to help them. I understand the theory behind it all, such as active listening, empathy, reflections and all, but no matter what I say back to them it doesn't feel right and it feels like I am dancing around the core of their issue. I WANT to be able to support them, I just don't know what is the right words to express what I truly feel.

I was hoping to get a suggestions for books that could address this issue, so I could become a stronger, more eloquent speaker in both private and professional settings. I am not sure what would be the best genre of book in this case, but I guess the general theme of books that I am looking for would be Social Anxiety, Negotiation, Logic or Rhetoric.

Thank you so much in advance!
