Suggest me a book like A Series of Unfortunate Events but for adults
I love the series, is there anything like it for adults? What I love most about it is the narrator, especially when he defines words that relate to the story. I love to learn as I read

If you like the idea of being inspired to look up all kinds of historical details because they were in a book, maybe try Kage Baker’s Company series.
I’m gonna suggest Murder Your Employer: The McMasters Guide to Homicide by Rupert Holmes. The book has a very distinct and humorous narrative voice.
