I’ve been in the mood for a new book, but I’m struggling to figure out what to pick next. I’m looking for something that's either:
- A beautifully written contemporary fiction book with strong character development.
- Or, a historical fiction novel set in the 1800s (bonus points if it has a strong female lead!).
I recently finished The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah, and it completely captivated me—so I’m after something with a similar emotional depth and immersive storytelling. Any suggestions that scratch that itch?
