As the title says, I'm looking for adult fiction recs in the modern supernatural end of the spectrum. I personally don't like books with a lot of smut, but I do understand that it can be hard to find adult fiction with no smut at all, so I'm not vehemently opposed.
I haven't been able to find a lot of adult fiction that I like so the closest things I can think of are actually YA supernatural books: The Darkest Powers trilogy by Kelley Armstrong, Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare, Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead. Those are just the ones I have on my bookshelf that come to mind off the top of my head.
It doesn't have to be a perfect rec, but anything close would be helpful.
