My life is currently going through SO many changes. Break up with my Fiance of 8yrs. New life alone with my dog. No friends/community in my mid 30s.
My routine, my diet, literally every aspect of my life is currently being rebooted and built anew.
I've been staring at my collection of books with absolutely disdain. There's not a single title, adventure, series, genre – NOTHING that is piqueing my interest.
I'm feeling extremely stuck so I thought I'd try finding NEW books and NEW series that I've never seen or heard of.
Something whimsical to stave off the depression and keep me looking forward with hope.

The Gentleman Bastard series by Scott Lynch. Three books out of a planned 7-8? The first book is The Lies of Locke Lamora. It’s a fantasy heist type story with great characters and world building. One of my favorites. I’m eagerly awaiting the next book.
