The Thursday Next series by Jasper Fforde. Will play into your likes for classics. Read Jane Eyre first, then the first book, the Eyre Affair. Makes it better.

It is about women code breakers during ww2 at Bletchley park while Alan turning was working on the enigma. It is based on real people and events in history. It is full of suspense and brave, brilliant women. It also has a touch of romance in it- mentions prince phillip before he was married to queen Elizabeth.
{the Alice network} by Kate Quinn
A book about women spy networks during ww2. Again suspenseful and full of brave brilliant women saving lives. Kate Quinn is a fantastic writer.
I think you mixed up two Emily Henry books (Book Lovers and Beach Read). My suggestion is to read whichever of those books you didn’t mean here. 🙂 Also, try Part of Your World by Abby Jimenez or This Summer Will Be Different by Carley Fortune.
Based on project Hail Mary – you might like {we are legion (we are Bob)} Bobiverse series written by Dennis e Taylor narrated by Ray Porter. Dennis e Taylor has a few other books out they were also really good- sci-fi related. Road kill, outlander, and a couple others I can’t remember off the top of my head
