Fantasy book(s) for a 12 yr old

Hi! I (20F) wanted to see if there are any suggestions on what to get for my little cousins birthday — she’s turning 12 and we have pretty much identical interest in the shows we watch/books we read. she’s read/seen and loved the PJO series, Steven Universe, Avatar: TLA, Gravity Falls (show & Book 3), The Dragon Prince, (ETA: she’s also read the Hunger Games trilogy), and she’s read Harry Potter (not that I’m a fan of the books, but more so for genre reference). She’s also into D&D and loves fantasy as a whole, and she’s very artistically inclined. I was gonna get her the Steven Universe art book but it’s out of stock for all physical copies, so now I’m thinking the A:TLA art book and a novel for her in the same vein as PJO and the shows I mentioned. I adored PJO when I was her age, and I have other recommendations for her, like Six of Crows, maybe the Grisha trilogy? (I read it at 12/13 y/o), and The Cruel Prince, but I’m not sure how age-appropriate those are yet. Any suggestions would be insanely appreciated !! 🙂
