Need fucked up reccs

Hello!
I have already read tender is the flesh, the troop, I’m thinking of ending things, and brother.
I really need more horror books that are just fucked up. I’m fine with most all topics in horror. I just want something that’s gross and will make me think. I did love all 4 of the books I listed, and I need more. I do love a good gore book. Any recommendations?
