I am seeking suggestions for books on how to talk to your parents about domestic violence/SA. All of the books I'm finding are specifically about childhood abuse & trauma that is related to the parents or at the hand of the parents.
I would like to talk to my parents about something that happened when I was technically an adult in college (now 10 years ago) that has affected me greatly since then, and would probably help them understand some of my personality and behavioral changes from the last decade.
I recently saw a clip on Oprah's Book Club about The Tell by Amy Griffin and this seems close. Looking for more suggestions – thank you!!
