Just like the title says, I'm looking for a book about roadtrip that is not a romance book. I don't mind if there is some romance in it, but I don't want it to be the center of the story. Give me adventure, give me spontaneity, just don't give me any "oh my god, his green eyes captured mine through the rearview mirror" because I really can't stand romance.
Anything that you enjoyed works! Since it's getting hotter I'm craving some summer roadtrip vibes, but I don't mind if it's not summer in the book. Bonus points if the characters are young adults who are human and thus imperfect and a bit messy. Thanks for any suggestions!
