Maybe try the Nevermoor series by Jessica Townsend or the Truly Devious series by Maureen Johnson.
I never read the Hunger Games series but I remember having the all-consuming feeling reading the Harry Potter books when I was younger and reading the Nevermoor series and the Truly Devious series kind of gave me the same feeling.

Red Rising. I know it’s overly recommended, but it’s very fast paced and the first book is similar before becoming it’s own thing.
