Just finished Lonesome Dove, where to next?

I really enjoyed this book. I find the western a lovely era to get lost in. The openness of the land and possibilities really appeals to me. The stories so simple in some ways, the human spirit against nature.

But what next? LD broke a long dry spell for me. Any suggestions?
