Hi everyone! I’m a huge fan of Korean horror and thriller movies (think The Wailing, I Saw the Devil, Train to Busan). I love how they blend psychological intensity, eerie atmospheres, and often have a supernatural or emotionally-charged core. I’m looking for books that give off that same chilling, suspenseful, and sometimes disturbing vibe.
I’ve seen the popular ones, so I’m hoping for some lesser-known recommendations that evoke that same feeling. I’m interested in both psychological horror and supernatural thrillers, but I’m also open to intense emotional stories that push the boundaries of discomfort.
