I got an awesome book recommendation about letting go of the past! But can’t remeber the title

My client told me about this book and I can’t seem to remeber it! He described it and said it had pictures and info? Like little chapters, I put it in my Amazon account and I don’t see it now:( the author had a short name like Dee in it! Sorry if I have too little details
