A guide to holistic wellness, this book explores living in tune with the seasons. Unlike the calendar year and timed days. I love the concept.
I find this book to be very controversial in itself.
The main themes for each season don’t seem to match the content within the seasons/months.
For example, Autumn is for the mind, but the content talks about strengthening the body and tackling the outside world.
Spring is about the body, but it talks about thinking about your life and what you want from it.
Summer is about emotions, but it talks about eating healthy and listening to the body.
Or am I just interpreting these things not how they are supposed to be? Do you have a book suggestion that is like this?
