A book about agents in the publishing industry?

I just finished Meet Me in the Margins and loved it, but one of the things that really stood out was the element of how much work and agent does for an author

I'm kinda looking for a book that goes into that more, from inside the publishing industry from the pov of an agent

Any genre, could even be nonfiction!
