I am a fan of Amor Towles, Salman Rushdie, William Boyd – authors who tell expansive, beautiful stories with humour and a lightness of touch. I am looking for similar authors and book suggestions. I avoid depressing and bleak. And not really interested in the classics, something modern would be great. Suggestions would be very welcome. Thank you
