I'm looking for something like The Truman Show or The Giver. Where someone lives in a manufactured reality or "utopia" that they escape from or learn about.

I don’t see it get mentioned on Reddit much, but it’s a lovely book from 2023, and the plot with still send you a number of twists despite it being a recommendation to your (potentially plot-compromising) question.
