I need a good How to Adult book that isn't total BS
Information on how to do laundry, properly cut vegetables, what kind of doctor's appointments people need regularly, TAXES, what makes a good credit card good, and what to do with my Roth IRA. Preferably with pictures but thats just how I prefer self help books. Any recommendations?

I think my comment was removed, or will be. Should have read the rules again before posting.
Ayyways, here it is again just the books:
A quick search led me to:
– How to Adult: An Illustrated Guide by Stephen Wildish
– How to Adult, a Practical Guide by Jamie Goldstein PsyD
But personally, this sounds more like something YouTube videos and/or websites would help with more than a single book. You seem concerned with personal finance, so I’ll suggest some good resources for that subject.
Books: (I haven’t read too many personal finance books because I get most of my information from websites and podcasts which are free)
* Dave Ramsey – The Total Money Makeover. This was the first financial book I read and started me on my path to no debt/financial independence.
* Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki
* The Millionaire Next Door by Cotter Smith
1. “Adulting: How to Become a Grown-Up in 535 Easy(ish) Steps” by Kelly Williams Brown – Super approachable, funny, and practical. Covers everything from laundry to budgeting to cleaning up after yourself without feeling preachy.
2. “The Life Skills Handbook: Everyday Essentials for Adulting” by Eliza Palmer – Straight to the point with checklists, diagrams, and tips for stuff like cooking basics, taxes, and self-care. Not overwhelming, just really helpful.
3. “How to Money” by Jean Chatzky and Kathryn Tuggle – If you want a fun and non-boring intro to money stuff like Roth IRAs, taxes, and credit cards. Even though it’s aimed at younger adults, the info is gold.

If video tutorials would be helpful, I highly recommend (to all adults) Clean That Up. https://youtube.com/@cleanthatup?si=SEPjPXOSNQkVIeh0
