So, I've never been into Romance books before, but I've been wanting to try it now. I have a very specific type of story in mind, that I hope I can get recommendations for, as I've looked it up, but have had no luck in finding what I'm looking for.
I'm looking for Romantasy books, with a fmc who, despite trying her best to fight them off, is still harmed by, not the gods/kingdom/whoever sent her to fight the villian (not in a "damsel in distress" way but in a "there's too many of them" or "they're literal gods" and she's only one person, way). Then, the villian becomes outraged at the injustice (can be male or female villian, but please be female mc) and becomes protective of the hero and the two fall for each other. I want a story that will make me blush and squeal at how cute/sweet it is, and I am a-ok with smut
