Recently, I made a thread about wanting a deep book, but I didn't express myself clearly, so here’s what I’m actually looking for:
I want something psychological books that question existence, human nature (especially emotions or social dynamics), or explore concepts like depersonalization and derealization. I'm looking for something truly deep because I want to challenge myself and learn from it, not just read for entertainment.
It doesn’t have to be a storytelling book. I would also love recommendations for non-fiction books that dive into these topics. For example, books on how to recognize manipulation, deal with narcissistic people, or spot deception would also be interesting.
Please ignore the caption and just recommend truly deep books. Thanks!
