Anything about hormones, stress management, and stuff like that. Every one I've come across just doesn't cut it, and everyone says they're full of pseudoscience. I would like it to have an even share of actual medical stuff and how it all works and what not, and actual helpful tips on how to manage stress or your hormones or whatever.
Or honestly recommend me just any book that like actually helped you in day-to-day life or changed your outlook on life. I'm just sick of these 'self-help' books that claim they really help you change your life and understand yourself, but actually accomplish nothing other than making me waste my time and money.
Thank you in advance ✨️

How to Keep House While Drowning by KC Davis.
It is focused on divergent people, but that doesn’t mean it won’t work for anyone. The chapters are really short a lot of them are about taking care of yourself while taking care of your space and the intersection between the two. I have ADHD and bipolar disorder, but I found it really helpful just for making me not feel as guilty about my stress levels? It made me feel like being overwhelmed and stressed sometimes isn’t a moral failing. A lot of it is more practical tips, but the psychology of it really is incredibly helpful.
