Unable to find a short story, despite having the name and author. Can anybody help?

I'm specifically looking for Paul Robinson short story "It Can't Be That Bad", however, I can't seem to find it on any search engines or online libraries. Not even asking an actual librarian helped me find it.

I’ve also tried asking on r/Books and r/literature, but apparently I’m deigned to have my posts deleted and told by mods to try another adjacent subreddit they send me towards.
