Suggest me any book that has helped you change how you look at life while dealing with anxiety symptoms / worrying about things that dont even matter , things like that it can be physiological books . Im only 16 and ive realized for a long time that the only person that can help is me I cannot go to a therapist since its too far from my city and some personal stuff . If it helps – Most of my anxiety comes from thinking and not being as present / worrying about things that dont even matter Im at the point where i just let things be but its my mind

Talking to someone like a therapist online can also be extremely helpful and there are even free teen resources.

I enjoyed Notes on a Nervous Planet by Matt Haig. [https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/40404801-notes-on-a-nervous-planet](https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/40404801-notes-on-a-nervous-planet) It’s a while since I’ve read it (which reminds me I should re-read it, thank you!) but it put some things in perspective to me without taking away from what I was feeling/experiencing.
