Hello,
I’ve recently accepted a job offer for a position that I feel I am under qualified for. The role consists of retaining large clients by making sure the “C-suite” execs are happy and being provided exceptional service. This may involve driving conversation, answering questions, conflict resolution/negotiation, and overall presenting myself and the company in a positive light. I often struggle with communication and relating to people who are usually out of my age and expertise level. Even more so when speaking/leading conversation at a group level.
If anyone has any great book suggestions to help improve skills in this area, I would be highly appreciative.
