Trying to choose between two books to bring on vacation.

I’m trying to choose between two short story collections: Everything’s Eventual by Stephen King or Night of the Living Rez by Morgan Talty. Both are considered to be in the horror genre. The Talty book is more eerie than scary from reviews I’ve seen on goodreads. Any opinions are welcome and appreciated 😁
