Ok. I want CREEPY books but I want satisfying endings that don’t depress me. Like, a good ghost story or something like that.
Since I don’t want a depressing ending or an ending that’s otherwise upsetting, can you recommend any books that are just creepy and a little eerie.
Books like the movie “The Others” was passable and “The Sixth Sense” would be ok. The movie “Heredity” would fit the feel I want. My favorite season of American Horror Story was Asylum but Coven was a very close second.
Loved Goosebumps and Fear Street as a teen. Steven Kings Misery or The Shining could be ok….
These could all be good. I’ve just been doing some heavy non fiction reading for university and need a reprieve for real life nightmares.
I just want that creepy/eerie vibe… nothing nightmare inducing. lol.
