I'm not sure if such books exist, or how to define them, but I'll try:
We come to the world without an operating guide. And while many books were written about nutrition, exercise and maybe sleep, there are still many areas from which we can get more benefits if utilised better, like breathing, posture, maybe bathing, or focusing on specific things.
Are there books on maximising the potential of the ways we function?
