I wanna read something that will stay with me for a long time. Preferably fiction, but even non fiction recommendations are welcomed! Any genre works. Please help me out! Thanks 🙂
I think it’s a very individual thing…but I’d say Piranesi, Wuthering Heights, Anna Karenina, David Copperfield, Cats Eye by Margaret Atwood, The Book Thief, Persuasion by Jane Austen. For nonfiction Wild by Cheryl Strayed and A Month in Siena by Hisham Matar.

I still think about Piranesi all the time – 2nd that.
Also, Susanna Clarke‘s other novel, Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell, is amazing – a much longer book, but well worth the effort.
Wish I could go back & read them both again for the 1st time.

Ender’s Game – Orson Scott Card. I read this when I was pretty young and I think it’s the first book that really hit me like that.
