I read a lot of romance and relationship dramas and the love scenes can really be hit or miss. I guess it's a thin line between hot and cringe (ie Beautiful World Where Are You, by Sally Rooney, those scenes made my skin crawl but not in a good way). I tend to lean toward the spicier side which is surprisingly hard to find lately. I think Taylor Jenkins Reid is awesome at it because her intimate scenes feel so modern and unapologetic, Malibu Rising was my favorite. But I'm curious who everyone else enjoys.

I love KJ Charles, my favorite is the Magpie Lord Series, but most of her stuff is to my liking. She tends to skew m/m.

Emily Henry does it for me, I love her characters and their sexual tension in so many ways and the payoff is worth it IMO. Rebecca Yarros has some good ones too (the throne scene in IF, and In The Likely Event come to mind). I can’t recall the author now but whoever wrote “The Worst Guy” is up there too.
I have only read one book by Taylor Jenkins Reid so I don’t know the type of spice you like, but if you can let me know some of the tropes that you enjoy, I can recommend some of my favorites!
