I love reading books seasonally, for example, The Road (McCarthy) in the fall and Blood Meridian in the summers. I've read The Bear and the Nightingale (Arden) in the winter and often reach for Dostoyevsky in the same. But are there any quintessentially springtime books? Cannot think of one…maybe Watership Down? Can also probably ask AI but want to start with this subreddit's collective wisdom.
