A book to help with grief/accepting death in general, that is fiction and not a self-help book?

I’ve always had anxiety regarding death. As time passes and I get older, the reality of losing people very close to me becomes more real and I’m scared. I’m not scared of dying myself (at all) but very scared of losing my friends and family. Any fiction books that help to deal with that? Thank you.
