Basically I have been in a massive reading slump and can’t find anything that sticks. I’m currently reading Golden Son, East of Eden, and dungeon crawler Dan but nothing is hitting. The last books that really hit for me were Project Hail Mary, Count of Monte Cristo and Blood Meridian so genre doesn’t really matter. Thanks!

James by Percival Everett
The Jerusalem Man, by David Gemmell.
Inheritance games is an easy and fun read
Why not try The Sun Just Might Fail and it’s sequel The Hard Side of the Sun? They’re newish and had a book club meeting with them. Two folks said they got them back into reading and gave it high marks for storytelling.
Here’s a list I read this past year as well.
You might enjoy these
Jane Eyre
Little Dorrit
The Sun Just Might Fail and sequel The Hard Side of the Sun
Just Isolde and following
All Lord of the Rings
Inkheart and sequels
Sherlock Holmes and all Lore (not spinoff called Moriarty, this did not work for me since it deviated from the lore. Cool writing and story otherwise tho!)
Far from the maddening crowd
Woodlanders Tom Hardy
I hope these help! I enjoyed these a lot recently
The Lust Lizard of Melancholy Cove by Christopher Moore
A Thousand Splendid Suns and Cutting for Stone….. unputdownable.
Rebecca by Daphne du Maurier!
It draws you in immediately with moody suspense and rich atmosphere.
One of the best books I have read.
