Looking for some specific types of books

Hey everyone, I’m trying to read more after finishing college, and I have some kind of unique requests, and I’m not quite sure where to start, so I figured I’d start here. Here's what I'm looking for:

1. A mix of sci-fi and fantasy. Dune really stirred this in me, I read the first book after watching DV’s movies, and am waiting for the third before exploring the rest of the books. 
2. Historical fiction with a supernatural twist
3. Books set in the American south, (Southern gothic, more specifically, but I’m interested in anything) either historical, or contemporary, fiction or nonfiction (very wide net, I’m aware).
4. Historical Non-Fiction, I like to read about American Revolution, and early civilizations, stuff like that, but really any great history books (especially Eastern History because they don’t teach us much of that in the US)
5. I’m curious if there’s even a book like this, but a book that focuses on a specific time in the world, like a book that would focus 1800’s with Victorian London, and Manifest Destiny in the US, (among other things) and how it all interacted and connected with each other.
