I know these are two really different vibes but I know I’m not alone in loving both the hunger games and the secret history, the goldfinch, etc. and I think it has to do with the setting and characters.
I need a book to obsess over in the way I love the hunger games and everything written by Donna Tartt. I love characters to obsess over and especially a really deep, aesthetic, setting or world. I don’t want young adult. And I love when there’s a romantic storyline I can get really into but isn’t the main plot of the story.
I know this is explained poorly but I know there’s people out there who feel what I’m feeling with this!!
