My mum (in her 70s) wants a book for Christmas and I’m after suggestions. She really likes Agatha Christie style murders, also Anne Cleeves, Richard osman etc. So nothing too dark or gruesome.
As an alternative to murders she’s also a fan of all creatures great and small so something along those lines set in the English countryside she would probably love.
Any help appreciated!
