Hey everyone. I (18M) am revovering from a preety bad breakup of 2 years and have joined a gym to physically improve myself but also want to improve myslef mentally amd become a better person so need any book to feel good or just become better
I have the book 13 things mentally strong people dont do by Ami Morin but I dont know if its a good read or not
Also if I use Audible instead of buying a physical copy….does it change the experience?
