I’m looking for something to get me into scifi. My latest read is Battle Royale by Koushun Takami and I enjoyed it a lot. For easier recommendations, I prefer dystopian and politcal elements as well as mystery elements. Some of my favorite shows of all time are Attack on Titan, Game of Thrones and true detective. My favorite games being Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk so a huge lore/worldbuilding is a plus too. I’m thinking of starting Dune, but I heard it’s hard to get into because it’s kinda messy at the beginning? Would appreciate someone to clarify tho.
