I’m a 25M, and have enjoyed reading a few books recently which deal with a lot of the questions that come up during one’s mid twenties. I’m not particularly lost in life, Im doing a research degree in a humanities discipline which will probably finish in 2029, and I’m also en English teacher which I really enjoy. However, I’m in poor health (physically but not visibly disabled) and my relationships are an absolute mess, I’ve moved from one horrible toxic relationship to another and am struggling to break the cycle of dating BPD nutcases.
I’d love any recommendations that you think are fitting for someone my age and in my situation. Doesn’t necessarily need to deal with ‘existential’ questions of what to do in life, but anything about dealing with the difficulties of emotions, relationships, etc, would be good
