Novels about moving house

I am in the process of selling my house and finding it all really stressful. I am moving from the city to a seaside town nearby, where I will finally have a garden (in an apartment atm). Would love any recommendations that will remind me why I’m doing this, it’s all going to be worth it, etc.

So novels:

-About moving from a city to a more rural life
-about gardens and being closer to nature
-about simple family life, seaside town life
-gentle books about a protagonist becoming part of a new community
-or just about the process of trying to sell your home!

Just a bit of escapism at the end of the day really.
