I"m looking for adult fantasy recommendations with a really cunning and ruthless protagonist who is not afraid to take risks, not afraid to hurt people, with questionable morals and loyalties. It would be a great plus if the protagonist is a woman or POC and also if revenge plays an important role that would be really great. Please help me out with the recommendations. TIA.

I enjoyed the Malus Darkblade novels from Warhammer series. They’re pretty brutal in spots, and not a female protagonist (would dark elves count as POC??), but still a decent series.
The Queen’s Thief series by Megan Whalen Turner. It’s sometimes billed as YA but it honestly feels too mature for that.
In my mind, you are describing Tyrion Lannister from A Song of Ice and Fire series. He isn’t a woman or POC. He is little person, so not the typical white male hero type. He is definitely very ruthless and cunning with questionable morals/loyalties.
Sandor Clegane from the same series fits this description also, but he is more of the big white male type of hero/anti-hero. He is less cunning than Tyrion but probably more ruthless and a total asshole.
