It was a choose your own adventure book by Julius Goodman and you wre hunting for something, i can remember if you were a dectective or what but you travelled over sas away from home and there was so many different jouneys and endings, in one you are in a car with this older lady and the guy seems suspicious so theres an option to jump out and when you do, you are put in hospital and deemed too unfit/crazy to continue the journey and you lose your job and thats the ending and I cant figure out what one it is.
