Basically looking for a fantasy story set in modern era with supernatural powers where technology isn’t fully useless nor vice versa, pretty much guns and magic (would also prefer doe if the overall theme isn’t pure action, some nice world building too and in depth character drama or smthn). The Conqueror’s Saga, Dune, Jujutsu Kaisen (ik its not a book), and Record of Highserk War (not book too lol) are some of the stuff that I’ve read that are kinda close to what I’m looking for, plus I don’t mind if it’s a non-book suggestion.
